Yiu-Lian Fong
Global Head for Clinical Biomarker and Diagnostic Strategy and Development

Dr. Fong currently serves as the Global Head for Clinical Biomarker and Diagnostic Strategy and Development for Janssen focusing on Pulmonary Hypertension Therapeutic (PH) Area. In this role, Yiu-Lian is responsible for developing and executing biomarker and diagnostic strategies to help accelerate drug development, facilitate early diagnosis and therapeutic intervention and drive precision medicine for PH.
Dr. Fong received her B.S. in Biology from Fu-Jen University, M.S. in Life Sciences from The National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, and her MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She earned her Ph.D. in Molecular Physiology and Biophysics from Vanderbilt University and was a post graduate fellow in Dr. Daniel Nathan’s lab at Johns Hopkins University.
